We provide AI-powered sales and lead-engagement systems for automotive dealerships. This policy covers information collected through the Site only. Information we process on behalf of our dealership clients under a service agreement is governed by that agreement, not this policy.
2. Information We Collect

When you submit our demo request form, we collect the information you enter: your name, dealership name, email address, phone number (optional), number of rooftops (optional), and any message you include.
Information collected automatically
- Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights collect aggregated, privacy-friendly usage and performance data (such as page views and load times). These tools do not use cookies and do not track you across other websites.
- LeadConnector (GoHighLevel) tracking — the Site loads a visitor-tracking script from LeadConnector that may set cookies or similar identifiers to attribute your visit and form submission (for example, which page brought you to us).
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your demo request and schedule your demo.
- To send you communications you have consented to receive, including text messages if you opt in (see Section 5).
- To understand how visitors use the Site and improve it.
- To protect the Site against spam and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate:
- GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.) — our CRM and communications platform. Form submissions are delivered to GoHighLevel so we can follow up with you.
- Vercel Inc. — hosts the Site and provides the analytics described above.
We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect our rights, safety, or property. If our business is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the successor, subject to this policy.
5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
If you check the SMS consent box on our demo form, you give Sales Goat Systems LLC your express written consent to receive text messages and calls (including via automated technology) at the phone number you provided, about scheduling your demo and related follow-up.

- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; we will honor opt-outs promptly.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving a demo. You can request a demo without opting in.

We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
6. Cookies and Tracking
The Site does not display a cookie banner because our own analytics are cookieless. The LeadConnector tracking script described in Section 2 may set cookies or identifiers for visit attribution. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the Site will still work if you do.
7. Do Not Track
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. There is no common industry standard for responding to DNT, and we do not currently respond to DNT signals.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights under state privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act). Although Sales Goat Systems LLC is below the thresholds at which most of these laws apply, we extend the following to all U.S. visitors as a matter of practice:

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, maintain our business relationship, and meet legal requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
The Site is a business-to-business site directed at automotive dealership professionals. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
